To set the time on your Garmin Fenix 3 HR watch, follow these steps:

Start by pressing the "Up" or "Down" button to access the watch face.
From the watch face, press and hold the "Menu" button for a few seconds until the main menu appears.
Use the "Up" or "Down" buttons to scroll through the menu options and select "Settings." Press the "Enter" button (located in the middle of the watch's sides) to enter the settings menu.
In the settings menu, scroll down and select "System" using the "Up" or "Down" buttons and press "Enter."
Scroll down in the system menu and select "Clock" using the "Up" or "Down" buttons, then press "Enter."
